Towards the jubilee: We closed the 24 Mediterranean Film Festival
Screenings of films 'Our Little Boy' directed by Ivana Guberina and 'Stigma' by Zdeko Jurilj closed the 24th Mediterranean Film Festival in Široki Brijeg.
The organisers did not hide their satisfaction with the high attendance, which can be attributed to the record number of films by local authors, and certainly also to the excellently composed program of documentaries in competition that came from all over the Mediterranean.
‘This year we have confirmed that films can be made in Herzegovina, and for the next year, when we celebrate the jubilee, we are preparing and promising a great spectacle", the festival producer Robert Bubalo said and thanked to the visitors, sponsors and all those who have supported this festival.
Fifty films were screened in the past five days in various programs, in the Borak cinema theatre in Široki Brijeg.
