Short documentary 'Closed', directed by Tomislav Bubalo and Zdenko Jurilj is going to be screened within the 'Home Authors' program of the Mediterranean Film Festival.

The film was shot in Herzegovina, and shows the time from the first to the last wave of the Covid, when the virus closed this region, just as all the other parts of the world.

“March came, and with it came birds, the sun, the first petals of flowers, the buds of trees… But people disappeared from the streets, squares. Cafes, shops, shopping malls, churches, mosques, classrooms, stations, railways, roads ...became empty overnight. The silence prevailed everywhere, only sometimes broken by bird song, dog barking, buzzing of the flies and the sound of ambulances passing by!”, synopsis says.

It was created by Kadar production from Široki Brijeg, and is going to have its premiere screening at this year’s Sarajevo Film Festival within the BHFILM program.
