Third day: Wind from the HBO and home authors
The documentary programme of the third day of the Mediterranean Film festival starts with the film 'People that Planted Trees', directed by Zdenko Jurilj and written by Josip Mlakić, presented in the Home authors programme.  
This is a story about Marko from Croatian defence council and Arif from the Army of BH, who are fighting a common enemy, days and nights a quarter-century after the war ended. It is called Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), psychological illness as a result of violent scenes from the war period.

Music documentary 'Bare', filmed in only 80 minutes, is on the programme at 9 p.m. in the Open air cinema.

Goran Bare in his chair talks about childhood, growing up and maturity, about love, Trump and allergies to ambrosia, why he is offended when someone calls him a rocker and many other things he has been silent so far. Film is directed by Renato Tonković, Mario Vukadin and Robert Bubalo.

Films from the competition ‘Born in Gambia’ directed by Naxto Leuz Fernandez and Israeli film ‘Cause of Death’ directed by Ramy A. Katz are on the programme at 5 p.m. We are watching ‘Matter of Time’ directed by Muhamed Abdul-Hakim from Egypt and ‘Stone Speakers’ directed by Igor Drljača at 7 p.m.  

Competition programme at 9 p.m. brings Croatian film ‘Meat’ directed by Elvis Lenić and ‘iIsland’ directed by Miha Čelar. The last films from the competition for this evening are Israeli documentary ‘My Father’s Son’ directed by Hilel Rate and ‘Cherry Days’ directed by Mohamad and Ahmad from Syria.

The third festival day is opened by the youngest programme MFF Fora, which screens the long-awaited Disney’s ‘Lion King’ at 10 a.m. in the cinema.  

Documentary film ‘Wind’, directed by Michal Bielawski closes the third day of the festival. The film is screened within the HBO Adria programme.
