16th Mediterranean Film Festival presents ten animated films from NAFF
In cooperation with the friend festival NAFF from Neum, there will be ten animated films presented from its tenth jubilee edition at the 16th Mediterranean Film Festival that will take place from 26th to 29th August  in Široki Brijeg.

The audience in cinema Borak in Široki Brijeg will have the opportunity to see this year’s NAFF winner, the awarded “Mr Plastimime”, created by the British Oscar winner Daniel Greaves and the following films: “Dji. Death Sails” film awarded for 3D animation, created by the Moldavian author Dimitri Voloshin, film “Virtuoso Virtual” awarded for the best art realisation, created by German authors Thomas Stellmach and Maja Ochman and the film “Fairy Tale” awarded for the best in the category of student film, created by Natalie Gropfel.

British film “Elmando”, created by Anton Octavian, awarded for the best music, Spanish film “Zepo”, created by Cesar Diaz Melendez, awarded for the best animation plasticine – dolls and the film “Night Weaver”, created by the American author Joan Gratz will also be screened.

Besides the above mentioned the following films will also be screened: “In Deep Water” created by Sarah Van Den Boom and the films from the Zagreb film workshop, “Sweet Dreams” by Dinko Kumanović awarded for the best 2D animation and “Why did They Come by Train” by Joško Marušić.

NAFF’s animated films will be a part of the off program of the Mediterranean Film Festival, and in the official program there will be 17 documentaries screened in the competition, ten in the short documentary selection and seven in feature length documentary selection. Six members of the jury will decide on the best films, and the audience will traditionally decide on the third award.
