The Festival has donated 30 valuable books about the art of film from its rich funds of film literature to the Public library in Široki Brijeg. This is the literature that is unavoidable reading for everybody who wants to be informed about the film itself or the film makers. Thus, the library is richer for the following: famous Peterlić’s Film encyclopaedia, Turković’s books about film and television, Krelja’s biographical books about Golik, Tadić’s essays about documentary film, HRT Lexicon, etc. besides the professional literature the readers can also find the book of interviews with Ingmar Bergman, the screenplay of Pulp Fiction, the books about directing, acting, shooting and editing. We hope that the readers in Široki Brijeg will be able to get the information about the seventh art through this action easily. MFF will continue filling out the film holdings in of the Public library.
