Documentary film “3 days” hits the newsstands
A documentary film about the well-known event of stopping the tanks of JNA at place called Polog in 1991 was shot last year. In order to be available for the wider audience, now there is a DVD edition of the film, which can be bought at all the newsstands in BiH and the shelves of Odeon that is also the distributor of the film. The film shows the brave resistance of the people of Herzegovina against the invasion of the troops of the then JNA at Polog. The film brings the dramatic and distressing testimonies from that period, and also shows current views on those events told by the highest positioned people from the socio-political and military life. The film was directed by Zdenko Jurilj and produced by Tomislav Bubalo.
The film was created in the production of Kadar from Široki Brijeg and Maxima film from Zagreb. “3 days” had its first showing at last year’s Mediterranean Film Festival and was seen by over ten thousand people in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia.
