The last take of Bobo Jelčić’s feature film “A stranger” was done late last night. The movie about a man on the crossroads played by Bogdan Diklić has started with the final phase of its creation. It’s time for editing the picture and sound, and the days on the site will remain vividly in the memories of the entire film crew. “ A staranger” is mutual project of the production houses Spiritus Movens from Zagreb, Production Kadar from Široki Brijeg and Croatian television, and is co-financed by the funds of Croatian audiovisual centre and Foundation for cinematography Sarajevo. The crew of the film especially wishes to thank to their hosts, people of Mostar. This is the film about them, for them and we’re grateful for the hospitality, trust and interest. We hope that they will like the film, and what we can promise them is at least the following: when finished, the film will be screened in their town, and we’ll give our best for them to leave the screening with satisfaction. The crew from the production Kadar is also the team of Mediterranean Film Festival. The film will be screened at 13th Mediterranean Film Festival, if finished. We hope that the audience of MFF will enjoy the “Mostar drama” on the big screen of Borak cinema.
